These Terms govern your use of Zipppo (the "Service"). By connecting an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Zipppo builds a private, searchable index over email you connect and lets you query it. The Service is currently a pre-launch preview and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change or be withdrawn.

Your account & responsibilities

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for complying with the terms of those underlying services (including Google). You must have the right to connect any account you add, and you must not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Your data

You retain all rights to your content. You grant us a limited licence to process connected email solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store original messages or attachments; we maintain only an encrypted derived index.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, access other users' data, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zipppo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
